On February 1, 2012 the Government of Ontario announced that the transformation of Ontario Place into an innovative provincial landmark will commence this year. The transformation requires the partial closure of the site.

The following key features will remain open for 2012:

• The Ontario Place Marina will remain open for seasonal, monthly, overnight and short term slip rentals.
• The Molson Canadian Amphitheatre and Echo Beach, will continue to operate. Visit www.livenation.com for concert announcements and ticket information.
• Atlantis Pavilion, Toronto’s premier waterfront banquet and convention facility will continue to operate. Please visit www.atlantispavilion.com for booking information.
• The Ontario Place parking lots will be open and available for lot rentals and parking during concerts and events.

Closed for 2012, pending revitalization:

The Ontario Place grounds, Cinesphere, waterpark, rides, attractions and restaurants are closed for revitalization.
